Why now
Gen-Z plans travel on TikTok, not on TripAdvisor, and nobody owns the moment between watching a place and going there. Splitwise only splits, TripIt only schedules, Google Sheets is… a spreadsheet. OnePlan does the whole trip in one flow, native to the videos people already watch.
How it makes money
Three revenue streams: a weekly subscription that unlocks the full plan Marketplace, AI scan credit packs, and an on-chain transaction fee when TripFund money crosses currencies. The Marketplace is already the strongest magnet in the product, with 1,800 opens in 30 days, and every plan in it is one tap away from becoming a paid trip.
Card networks take 3–4% on the same cross-currency spend.
